Delete?

Should this page even exist? From what I can tell, this is a term invented by one man and is not in any widespread use. The second "citation" is actually a review for the book that introduced the term! Hardly an independent use. Secondly, the half the article is actually a rant about some random town in Slovenia, hardly encyclopedic.
