The comment about Klingons not caring about intentions should be removed. The hearing is being conducted according to Federation law (as Worf is a Federation citizen and Starfleet officer) and Federation law certainly does care about intent as well as action. I just tweaked the See Also reference to The Undiscovered Country, but I honestly don't see the relevance to an arbitrary episode of DS9 just because Worf is in it. It is better included in the articles about Worf or Michael Dorn, and indeed is already in both. 4th wall, documentary-style

It’s most likely noteworthy to mention that this episodes makes use of unusual dramatic effects.

Interviewees are breaking the fourth wall and speaking directly into the camera, as if being interviewed in a documentary.
