[edit]It's not clear what he is notable for. It needs to be wikified.--Dirknachbar (talk) 11:37, 16 November 2008 (UTC)
Needs work
[edit]Yes, although he does have some ties to the Hitchcocks. The current link is wrong, however, going to Harvey Rexford Hitchcock, Jr. (1891-1958), a football player who was the great grandson of missionary Reverend Harvey Rexford Hitchcock (1800–1855), probably the one being talked about. Alas, there were at least two more people anmed Harvey Rexford Hitchcock and one of those might have also crossed his path. In particular Edward Griffin Hitchcock had a son Harvey Rexford Hitchcock born August 17, 1864 who married Hannah Julia Meyer who my guess might be his daughter or grand-daughter. Did some research and think I fixed the linkages now after developing an article on the original HR Hitchcock. However, I did notice the original text seemed to be almost totally plagerized from this web page. So needs more work to paraphrase and add more sources. W Nowicki (talk) 18:43, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
