[edit]I'm removing the importance note because it seems obvious that the inventor of an important device is important, especially if he received the IEEE Medal of Honor for it and wrote a book about it. The invention already has an extensive page. Dicklyon 04:24, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
Engineer Bob, your reference cleanup is contrary to the style that has been recommended to me. I'm no wiki expert, so see if you can find a consensus style on references. Nationality
[edit]If he later became an American citizen it should say so in the text.
