Number of national sides managed

Sources seem to miss off one or both of Bermuda and Samoa. Think total should be 19 sides: 1 Bermuda, 2 Chile, 3 Bolivia, 4 Venezuela, 5 Trinidad & Tobago, 6 Grenada, 7 Antigua & Barbuda, 8 Botswana, 9 Australia, 10 New Caledonia, 11 Nepal (twice), 12 Tonga, 13 Tanzania, 14 Ghana, 15 Fiji, 16 Zimbabwe, 17 Mauritius, 18 Rwanda and 19 Samoa.
