If you review the other page, it was incomplete and there was a spelling error in the title. Let's build up on this page.
Ruchira Panda is one of the greatest musicians of this time from Indian sub-continent. I'm sure people would contribute to develop this page.[reply]
This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because...This is the page I intend to keep and build upon, not the other one Ruchira panda. The other page is incomplete and the artiste's name is not in title case. Ruchira Panda is an eminent singer; there are many credible sources that speak for her credence. I'm sure people would start contributing to this page if it is retained.
This page should not be speedily deleted because CSD G4 criteria do not apply in this case really. I can see the previous page was deleted back in 2013 because of two reasons 1) Not enough reference 2) Subject herself edited the page. Now we have more references from credible sources and the page has been created a neutral person, myself in this case, as a follower of Indian music. There is no question about the credibility of the artiste given her involvement in various national and international projects.
