Illegal?
[edit]Where does the proclamation admit the deportation was in violation of any law? It seems to be saying quite the opposite - that under no circumstances should the proclaimation be taken an an admission of any legal wrongdoing. Mauls (talk) 13:08, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
