[edit]I have removed the material relating to a housing development in Chicago to a new article, Royal Melbourne (Chicago), together with the discussion items. The discussion correctly indicated that a separate disambig was needed, and in view of the low importance of the Chicago development, it was best to use the Royal Melbourne title as the disambig page.
