Workers
[edit]The sentence "It has the highest number of workers in the financial sector, and the lowest number working in the retail sector; it also has the most highly-qualified population, with 56% at the highest level of education" is not supported by the link [3] pointing to election results. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.179.236.25 (talk) 11:55, 23 August 2005 (UTC)
K and C Times
[edit]The link to the newspaper no longer works and is not obvious from a websearch. Jackiespeel (talk) 18:04, 23 September 2009 (UTC)

Councillors etc
[edit]The "Politics" section says:
As of 2014, the Council has 42 Conservative, 9 Labour and 3 Liberal Democrat councilors.
This contradicts Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council election, 2014 which says there were 37 Conservative, 12 Labour and 1 Lib Dem. Which is correct? The Council website itself says there are a total of 50. Hairy Dude (talk) 14:18, 30 June 2017 (UTC)

The latter is correct. 2014 local election results: 37 Con, 12 Labour, 2 Liberal Democrat. 2018: 36 Con, 13 Labour, 1 Liberal Democrat. Dori1951 (talk) 10:45, 23 July 2020 (UTC)
I have amended the claim that "Notting Hill" has been a safe Conservative area since inception of the present borough. It applies only to parts of the area, mainly the southern parts. Dori1951 (talk) 11:02, 23 July 2020 (UTC)
Orphaned references in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

[edit]Could someone please correct the link to the Council's libraries page: https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/libraries/libraries ?

Royal Albert Hall
[edit]This isn't in Kensington and Chelsea but in Westminster - please amend. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.2.89.162 (talk) 16:59, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
- Confirmed. It is in the Knightsbridge and Belgravia ward of Westminster, east of Queens Gate and north of Imperial College Road, the boundary with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. See eg location description for planning applications received by Westminster. I'll remove it. NebY (talk) 17:49, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
