Article name change back again

Quite clearly the name of this Wikipedia article is wrong (sorry all previous contributors).

The Financial Services Register shows "The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc" (see register.fca.org.uk)
Companies House shows THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (see companieshouse.gov.uk
The Royal Bank of Scotland's Terms and Conditions of Use clearly state "The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("us", "we" or "RBS")". How much more evidence does anyone need? Hi there, WP:COMMONNAME says it all, I reckon. My theory is that the article title should remain as it is, but that a "The" in bold font ought to prefix the name at the top of the lede section, and perhaps elsewhere in the article. Does anybody agree? Wildfowl (talk) 20:58, 20 March 2017 (UTC)
