[edit]Milne's obituary in the AFS Report of Aug 1998 calls him Roy and says the 'He returned to Scotland in 1973 and bought a hotel in Alva. Roy Milne Celtic Supporters Club in the Hillfoots area of Clackmannanshire...still thrives today' In Jan 2003 top US statistican/historian Colin Jose called him Robert (Roy) (cf Scotland's Robert 'Roy' Aitken). Plenty more evidence in a website called roymilnecsc.net, including an obit in the Alloa Advertiser 9 July 1998, with testimony from a contemporary player.
