– No indication of a consensus that this entry, marked as a stub, delineating the "hanging bishop" from 500 years ago (who is referenced throughout the article as "Leigh"), depicts a historical figure of such prominence that he becomes the unquestioned WP:PRIMARYTOPIC over Rowland Lee (composer), director Rowland V. Lee (also known as simply Rowland Lee) as well as similarly-named swimmer Roland Lee, Rowland Leigh (MP) and screenwriter Rowland Leigh. — Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 06:22, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Absent the instant recognition of such multi-name primary topics as John Kennedy, Winston Churchill or Elizabeth Taylor and lacking discussions establishing consensus, most primary topics are either grandfathered as the first entry created under that name or chosen as a result of personal opinion. Although recent extended argumentations at Talk:David Jack#Requested move 6 July 2020 or Talk:John Nutt#Requested move 5 August 2020 ultimately failed to dislodge these marginal-primacy individuals from their positions, they also demonstrated that a number of longtime Wikipedians feel that being a historical figure of sufficient prominence does play a role in establishing consensus for primacy. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 16:48, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
