[edit]Although not technically ships wrecks, I wonder if mention of the ships graveyard some 11nm south west of Rottnest maybe worth a mention as it contains some 100 or so scuttled ships.petedavo 11:52, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

Seems sensible to merge due to the proximity geographically and in subject--Petebutt (talk) 03:44, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
- Disagree. I think there's sufficient difference between the subjects (one is about twelve specific shipwrecks that sank in very close proximity to the island shore, the other about a specified site for the scuttling/dumping of obsolete ships) and distance between the locations (within 1-2 kilometres of the island coast vs. a 250 square kilometre patch of water, the closest point of which several kilometres from the nearest part of the island) to justify separate articles. -- saberwyn 10:25, 21 August 2015 (UTC)
- I believe that the proposal is to merge Rottnest ship graveyard into Rottnest Island shipwrecks. Oppose, for same reasons as above. Moondyne (talk) 04:34, 23 October 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose, per Saberwyn and Moondyne's comments, and suggest this be closed, as the low level response and time pased suggest there is no support for the merge JarrahTree 04:40, 23 October 2015 (UTC)
- Closed: There's no support for this, so I'm closing it. I trust that's OK with everyone. Xyl 54 (talk) 21:28, 6 July 2016 (UTC)
