Deletion of paragraph about the fire department

I have reversed the deletion of the paragraph about the fire department. The information was removed by a user not logged in, thus anonymous. No explanation were given here or in the edit summary.

Doubtful material, unsourced material and such should be flagged appropriately to give it a chance to develop. Just deleting material without stating a reason does not help much in the effort to build an encyclopedia.

If you think something does not belong in the article you can start a discussion on the talk page, that's what the talk page is for. If the content might be harmul to the article or plain wrong, cut it out of the article and paste it in the talk page for discussion. Only clear cases of vandalism should be deleted.

In any case, an explanation ought to be given why something was removed to give it a chance to be improved.
