Is this the same place as Rostovud?

I was came across an article about Rostovud, which is either another city in the Ghonchi district, or the same city. The name is similar enough that this might be a matter of mis-transliteration. Neither article has enough information to determine for sure, and I can't find it under either name on any map. If they are the same city, the articles should be merged.
