Adding flesh to this article

I've begun the process of adding to this article to make it more informative about Rose gardens (public/display). Please note that I've only just started and will be returning to review and enlarge. I know there are many other worthy contenders, including examples from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and US. I think the 42 gardens which were granted the Award of Garden Excellence by the World Federation of Rose Societies should all be mentioned. See:
