Official State Dept bio was/is this article

I went to her official State Dept bio at http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/biog/121630.htm and found that... it was just like the Wikipedia article. So I put a sourcing notice in.

Now, this assumes that the US State Dept didn't just cut-and-paste an old Wikipedia article onto its web site... tight budgets, y'know... :)
