1974 is correct - the General Register Office birth index shows that his birth was registered in the fourth quarter (Oct-Dec). I'm aware that we can't use that as a source in the article - but useful for future reference. Ghmyrtle (talk) 11:37, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
