This locality is not yet registered with the Geographical Names Board of NSW. So far I would suggest that makes it "just" a subdivision, although it would seem to be quite a large one (supermarket, schools etc). Happy to see Delvin isn't mentioned. Is this area in the City of Blacktown or the City of Penrith? It says City of Blacktown in the text, but the suburb box at the bottom is City of Penrith. I would have thought Penrith.
