POINTLESS
[edit]This article is pointless; delete it! 213.122.78.16 19:41, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Should be merged with the Liberation Transmission page, it should. AfD thingamy has been put in place. 81.131.26.39 12:59, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
It's not pointless, it has a little point and just needs to be expanded more and we need to wait for it to hit the top 100 charts and etc. - Jman8088

Picture
[edit]That picture is not very good; for some reason it has been stuck over the Liberation Transmission cover! To be honest it looks a bit rubbish, so can a decent pic of the cover be uploaded please.
Many thanks, Johnwalton! U-Mos 19:14, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. johnwalton (talk) 19:08, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
Duplicate Pages
[edit]We got a problem here - there are two pages for this single! Clearly they need to be merged. The title should be Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast), the pictures from Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast) should stay, the trivia section and infobox (with the better picture) from Rooftops should remain, and the words should be merged. If I attempt this I am guaranteed to completely mess it up, so can someone else do it please. Oh, and all the links lead to Rooftops except, I think, the one in the singles table on the lostprophets main page. U-Mos 17:18, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
- Done. Feel free to copyedit. johnwalton (talk) 18:32, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
Good lord that was quick! Many thanks to you. Anyway, there's still a problem with the picture (as mentioned above) - the other ones are too small, but this needs the background cut off, as that's from the Liberation Transmission cover, not Rooftops. I don't have the software to edit it from the link on the picture page so if someone does please cu it down to what it should be. U-Mos 19:46, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

- I split the content fork's history off to Rooftops (Lostprophets song). – wbm1058 (talk) 03:02, 10 February 2017 (UTC)
this page needs a full re-edit
[edit]immediately
its basically of really poor quality.
otherwise delete it /merge it with the albums entry
edit: scrap that deleted the entire meaning section as it was pointless and unnessecary —Preceding unsigned comment added by S02178 (talk • contribs) 05:53, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
Unsourced material
[edit]The following is unsourced:
- When the band pitched their dream video for Rooftops to their record label, it was refused because it would have cost 8 million pounds to produce. It subsequently went through several re-drafts before they settled on the final version.
- The band admitted that this was the easiest song they have ever produced.[citation needed]
- The music video stars Jono Evans from Los Angeles-based rock band Endless Hallway as the screaming blonde boy in the car. There are also several videos of Jono messing about with Sonny Moore on YouTube.
Can we please get a source for this information? If this is important and verifiable, please feel free to incorporate the material back into the main article. - Tbsdy lives (talk) 22:23, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Plagiarism
[edit]The song from Lost Prophets called Rooftops was duplicated by a small newcomer band from my country (Indonesia) named Vierra with their song called " Dengarkan Curhatku "...
This is the second times that plagiarism happened after Indonesian band named D'masiv duplicate Switchfoot's song named Awakening. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.163.18.47 (talk) 12:30, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
