Lorena à Kwami :l'Item J est en Thespesia popoulnea (Catherine Orliac Archaeol.Oceania 40 (2005) page 117 : these seven tablets and the rei miro from British Museum, and the large of Vienna are carvetd in the wood of Thespesia populnea, known on Rapanui by the name of makoi).

Le Musée de Mainkind ne comporte plus ces objets : ils ont été transférés au British Muséum ( Musée principal). Les objets rongorongo ainsi que le moai Hoa Haka Nana Ia se trouvent au British Museum. Il faut corriger Kwami.

It looks like you're correct about the museum. However, Orliac (2005) never mentions this text. kwami (talk) 19:01, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Lorena : vous avez raison, seuls les ITEMS K et L furent observés. Et c'est de ces items-là que Catherine Orliac parle dans sa publication citée plus haut. Les Items K et L sont donc en thespesia popoulnea. Merci.
