It seems that the page was updated since the Non 11 wiki review. While the article remains somewhat <self?> congratulatory it is fair. Ron Yager is well respected in this specific field. Fuzzy logic has had many applications. I am familiar with the field, although I have not contributed to fuzzy logic directly. I have received an Honorary doctorate for my past work in a related field. GioCM (talk) 02:49, 29 January 2012 (UTC) PS a bio should list birthdate and place. Article appears neutral and states facts confirmed through independent sources; suggest removal of COI tag. Dianeblack (talk) 03:54, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Given that a major editor appears to be related to Yager, the COI tag needs to remain for now - I've also restored the original research yag, as the bio is unreferenced, and added a primary sources tag, as the majority of the references are not from independent sources, but from those connected to the subject. Creating and Editing this Article

[edit]

I work closely with Ron Yager. I am aware of Wikipedia's content policies (Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, Wikipedia:No original research, and Wikipedia:Verifiability) and I will abide by them. My interest in writing this article is to provide information about a pioneering researcher in the field of fuzzy logic and computational intelligence.
