It would help this article if someone could clear up the various academic places Fieve has been/is associated with, as I can't make head nor tail of it - i.e. New York Hospital in internal medicine, NewYork–Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical School's New York State Psychiatric Institute, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, another source mentions 'columbia psychiatric institute, professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University.
