removed improve template
[edit]This page had an improve template at the top from 2009. Condemning a whole page is reasonable if the entire page is lousy, but I prefer to see more specific criticism as these general "FAIL" accusations don't give an editor a specific target to attack.
Instead please use one of the templates that points out a specific issue and place it exactly where the issue needs to be addressed.

Missing content on wife and family
