The parameter I added is about Wikipedia:Persondata, which is metadata that makes many things easier to automatically process for Wikipedia, please check out the link. It's not strictly necessary, but a good addition. The article has good content, but for a better rating the lead should properly summarize the article, please see Wikipedia:Lead section - it is the first thing that readers see and needs to be a good summary of the article. I also think the individual paragraphs are too short and can be made into larger ones (not too much text, but five or six sentences is often used as an informal guideline for length of paragraphs).
