There are several reasons, of which the most pertinent is that his father's name was Ronald Wilson Reagan, and his name was Ronald Prescott Reagan. -- Nunh-huh 22:44, 5 Jun 2004 (UTC)

If not the only he may be the most notable. "Ron Reagan" is the common name for the subject. I doubt he is called "Ronald Prescott Reagan" outside official documents. -Will Beback 21:42, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

Other people have made the claim that Nancy primarily cares about stem cell research because of her husband's situation, and in fact Ron addressed that in the interview, chiding those who assume that he and his mother could only have selfish motives. So yes, "admission" is the wrong word, unless someone has a direct quote from Ron claiming that stem cell will cure Alzheimer's. Stan 21:27, 13 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Of course it is more directly neccessary that material that may be libelous be sourced, but sources for all sorts of instances mentioned here would be very helpful. I would not be out of place in putting an unreferenced tag on this article.

Implying cause and effect

Hints, may not be atheist?

The sentence, mentioning Ron Reagan may not be an atheist because he gave a speech at his father's funeral seems PoVish. I'm an atheist, and I'd give a speech as well at a funeral (not showing my atheist side). Why? so as not to upset anyone at the funeral, particularly those close to me. importance of age difference

It mentions that Reagan is 7 years younger than his wife in the personal life section. I don't know how important that could be. For some reason it just stands out as some minute kind of attack against him, although it is true. Not sure how important it is. It also seems worded funky. Acting Career

Is there any reason why Ron Reagan's acting career is being avoided here? I caught an episode of the Rockford Files he was in and, out of curiosity at whatever became of him, I checked out his Wikipedia entry. Nothing about his acting career, such as it was, and that seems like an over-site. I'm not sure what you're thinking of. IMDb doesn't list him in any episodes (he was 16 to 20 when the series was on) and his IMDb page doesn't list it either. IMDb doesn't put his dad on the show either. - SummerPhD (talk) 18:24, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
