'Diplomatic career and previous postings' - Mr. Prosor 'Eraned Plaudits' - NPOV
[edit]The first paragraph of 'Diplomatic career and previous postings' s leans on a sentence which seems to violate the NPOV: "served for nearly four years as Israel's Ambassador to the United Kingdom, he earned plaudits for his articulate and forthright defense of Israel's position". Disregarding whether or not Mr. Prosor deserves praises, using 'eraned plaudits' without from whom seems is a bit weaselly - like using "some people say" (See: Unsupported attributions )
From a stylistic sense, I think the paragraph doesn't hold when removing this weaselly expression and so have deleted it entirely and added the information to the end of the sentence describing his previous job titles.
Also, more thought is needed on whether "The Jewish Chronicle" is a reliable source when it comes to describing currently serving Israeli diplomats, as it is associated with a political agenda. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.173.160.7 (talk) 20:57, 29 November 2014 (UTC)
Removal of the U.N. Year of Solidarity with the Palestinian People section
[edit]This section only contains a quote from Mr. Prosor's speech, explaining his/or the Israeli govt.'s attitude towards the UN Year of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. It is uncommon to have a person's opinions or quotes in their biography, and should be removed - especially as this is a speech made as part of the ambassador's job, and is not special or distinct from any other speech made by Israeli UN Representatives.
