Ron Holden's cause of death?

Any thoughts?

According to an article on Ron Holden by HistoryLink.org (http://www.historylink.org/index.cfm?DisplayPage=output.cfm&file_id=8705), Ron Holden died of a heart attack while booked at a club in Rosarito Beach, Mexico.

One more thing, according to the same article cited above, he was born in 1940 (08/07/40), not 1939 (08/07/39). LRNunez (talk) 08:53, 29 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
