Plagiarism allegations
[edit]Ron Borges was accused, and later punished by his newspaper, for plagiarism. This note continually disappears from the article, despite verifiable evidence. It will continue to re-appear as I notice its deletion, possibly by those affiliated with the so-called journalist.

tags
[edit]I don't see any way this article can be cleaned up, really. Obviously it could be expanded. Also, how does it not provide context? There's really no context to provide. It's very blunt. These tags seem inappropriate to me.--Alhutch 08:42, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
- Replacing the context tag with expand. --Soumyasch 10:23, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
Man what an awful tone, I'm not saying that he doesn't deserve, but come on!
- Wow, are you serious? I can't believe how poor this article is. I'm just going to put in a little blurb about the suspension and source that, but I'm not touching the rest of this thing.--Vter4life 08:06, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- It's actually already in the 'Criticism' section. Best of luck to anyone who's willing to work on this; I removed the section that was lifted from the 'Boston Phoenix.'--Vter4life 08:09, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
there's no point in including a holyfield prediction in a section called "off predictions". More appropriate would be the stuff he's said about the drafts of the Patriots. He's been mostly dead wrong.
um
[edit]Does NO ONE care to correct all the falsehoods contained in this "biography"? (Poor Ron.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:146:C300:1F:9DF5:3BC8:20B0:12FC (talk) 00:49, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

Please remove inappropriate content: "As a child, Borges sniffed everything in sight and one day he sniffed a jock sttrap of a sports reporter who kicked Borges in the face for sniffing it and this is what made Borges want to be a sportswriter. Borges annoyed so many of his classmates, that they would stuff sleeping pills down Borges's throat as he got to school each day to keep him asleep for hours." Someone clearly doesn't like this guy. Remove inappropriate content: "Borges's breath is so bad that his fellow sportswriters and work have to use smell proof enclosed cubicles to avoid the smell of Borges's bad breath. Borge's breath has been used by the CIA to get confessions out of terrr.rorists in Gitmo over the years. Borges's bad breath reflects his image and he likes that." - It was added by a sock of Jaredgk2008 (talk · contribs). I reverted it. He'll probably be back under a new username. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 20:41, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
