Spelling of the name of this diocese

The form Luiza is used by the Holy See and found in most official documents of the national government and international organizations, from those providing relief services to those exploiting the region for minerals. The major town and its airport use Luiza. Most uses of the variant Lwiza can be traced back to gcatholic (noted in external links), but that source has now adopted Luiza as well.
