This section says, "The mission of the Board of Commissioners is to uphold the values and traditions that make Rolesville, the second oldest incorporated Town in Wake County, a very special place to live. It is the board's desire to make sure that Rolesville continues to be progressive in its attitude and outlook towards change, all the while maintaining its small town charm and friendly neighborhood communities." Even if the Board adopted that as its mission statement, that's hardly worth putting in the wikipedia page, and I'm sure we wouldn't want mission statements from every town, city, county, etc. to be put on their pages. The Board's duties are set by state law (in NCGS 160A and in the charter), like every other NC town. RW7890 (talk) 20:47, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
