[edit]Changed product lineup to remove vhs, all RV stores have or are in the process of removing all vhs from stores.

I removed the following bit from the article - it should probably be sourced, and certainly rewritten ("less than lackluster"). The Rogers website still shows many store hours to midnight, although this may not have been updated if the reduction in hours actually occurred.
Due to less than lackluster profit, Rogers Video has decided to change store hours for all Canadian stores to 11:00pm from Monday-Friday rather than 12:00pm, and reduce labour hours per store by about 150 each store. Customer service has changed noticibly in recent days and will continue to in the up coming weeks as Christmas approaches. This will hopefully help them recoup some losses that they encured due to the recent "Guaranteed Rental"s and their Summer Coupon Book.

I reverted the above paragraph out of the article again. Aside from the poor writing ("encured"), the info seems a little specific and non-objective (especially for a stub article), and no source is provided for the specifics on employee hours, etc. (although the Video group profit does seem flat over last quarter when I checked their website). Whoever is adding this might want to drop a note here. David Oberst 23:14, 11 December 2005 (UTC)
Actually the stores hours are from 10-11 Sunday -Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10- Midnight. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nightbliss (talk • contribs) 04:48 14 June 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Rogersvideo.gif
[edit]Image:Rogersvideo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:39, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Article needs updating
[edit]This article needs some major updating, seeing as many Rogers stores are shutting down. Calgary has lost several in the last few months alone including its flagship Red Mile location. 68.146.81.123 (talk) 13:14, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
- As well I can't imagine those Blockbuster stats are correct anymore given they're going out of business. CoW mAnX (talk) 20:11, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
