Conflict of Interest ?

Note from the history page that a large majority of page edits are from IP address 12.165.188.130. This address resolves to ql1fwhide.rockfin.com, which is apparently the "quicken loan firewall hide" subdomain of Rock Financial. So it appears that a primary editor of this page is an employee of Quicken Loans. Any conflict of interest here? Becketbear (talk) 20:26, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

Noticed that too. IP 12.165.188.130 is still quite active. Added a WP:COI tag to the article today and left a WP:NPV message on the IP's Talk. Yintan 23:14, 11 July 2013 (UTC)
