Copyright question on Who's Who source
[edit]The Robert Townley Parker article references include a statement that "Article features content from Who's Who of British Members of Parliament - Volume I 1832-1885: A Biographical Dictionary of the House of Commons, ISBN 0391006134". Looking up the ISBN, I noticed that the book in question was published in 1978. Wouldn't that make any content from it copyrighted? Or is this an error in formatting a reference?
