[edit]There's no mention of Rimmer's wife Edna or sons Robert and Stephen.

Though Edna said "I didn't care for that too much," near the end of his life Rimmer claimed to have lived formany years in a two-couple polyfidelitous relationship.

Yes, I was wondering if Rimmer ever did actually live his stated ideal poly partner family arrangement. This article does not mention it, even in a sociological fashion. As I remember, he believed jealousy was based on a scarcity theory: "If you share your love with somebody else, is there going to be enough love to go around? Will I get enough?" To me, that was the focus of his books, not merely the partner-swapping.Lynxx2 (talk) 04:18, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
