This is a campagin biography, not an encyclopedia article
[edit]This looks like it's a standard campaign biography lifted from a campaign brochure. It really has to be re-edited by someone who knows a little about the New York Assembly (not me) to extract the useful information in a neutral way, and eliminate all the natural self-promotion. Ideally, it should seem just as fair to Reilly's opponents as to his friends, and vice-versa.
