Robert Levithan is an American writer and HIV/AIDS activist who has had a significant influence on GLBT culture. Please see: http://www.charlierose.com/guest/view/4747. Levithan has been on the forefront of thereaction to the HIV AIDS epidemic since the early Eighties when he was one of the first men diagnosed in the crisis here in the U.S. Levithan writes prolifically on living with HIV and other issues related to GLBT culture on both Advocate.com and GoodMenProject.com.
I have started with early years, but will add sections that make clear Levithan's cultural significance.
