Regarding the notability tag:

The Robert Lecou English article was created by translating the French version of the same article in order to be linked from the Lodève English page in the same way as it is done from the Lodève French page.

Robert Lecou is arguably not an immense political figure but a short article on his person could make sense when linked in from the article on the town he is the Mayor of.

A link has also been added to the French version of the article.
