This article does not reflect Jastrow's work -- or controversial views -- at all completely. What some ID people pulled out of a book he wrote doesn't reflect his own opinions. His life and work is interesting. If I ever get time, I'll do something. Zamia12 (talk) 19:06, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The moon landing section is silly. There is no controversy, except in the minds of a few nut jobs. It's like writing a section that says 'Jastrow denies the moon is made of blue cheese.' So I am deleting it. Jrgilb (talk) 21:24, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Most of the Marshall Institute section is also silly. It is nonsense to try to associate Prof. Jastrow with tobacco deniers. Jrgilb (talk) 21:27, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Robert Jastrow (my late wife's brother) whom I first met in late 1939 or early 1940 .. was already a Ph.d. the way I remember hearing it he received his A.B. at age 15 and Ph.D year or two later... anyhow your >Received his A.B., A.M and Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Columbia University in 1948 < should be checked into ... Columbia records? John Heller (ousted82@yahoo.com)
