"100th anniversary of the birth of Congress"?

That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. First, Congress wasn't "born"; it is a thing, not a person. Second, the 100th anniversary of the Congress under the Constitution would have been in 1889! Since Donovan wasn't born until 1912, he couldn't have addressed Congress on the "100th anniversary of the birth". 66.67.32.161 (talk) 16:47, 20 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
