An obituary was published in today's print version of the Anchorage Daily News stating that he died on January 24. For whatever reason, it's not on the web version. Dunno if that has anything to do with the latest retooling of the site by Legacy, as there's recent holes in coverage in general. Since there are plenty of deceased people across the encyclopedia portrayed as still living, with sourcing or lack thereof given as the excuse, I'll let someone else decide how to handle this.
