Close parpharse of PD work

I had tagged this as a copyvio, as it is clearly a close paraphrase of this, but the source was written in 1914, so out of copyright. While I do not like the use of close paraphrasing, even of pd works, it appears to be allowed.--SPhilbrick T 16:23, 16 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
