Gonna have to prove this statement!
[edit]"He would capture several merchant vessels and even Soviet submarines during this time."
Even attempting to capture a Soviet submarine during the Cuban Missile Crisis would have likely triggered WW III. I'm pretty sure that the Soviet crews would have resisted being boarded, much less allowing themselves to be captured. I've never seen any historical information consistent with this claim. You're gonna have to provide some solid references to corroborate this sentence!

Upgraded page
[edit]Upgraded page by adding military infobox and populating it. Wikified page. Minor adds, cats, etc. Could not find more information on the admiral, so it remains a basic stub.Wikited (talk) 18:01, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
- Please note that the use of No data available was quite frivolous, I have replaced it with template:sectionstub. Gsmgm (talk) 18:38, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
