Promotional editing

I have reverted this edit because it introduced a lot of unsourced and promotional material that is not suitable for an encyclopedia article (e.g. see WP:PEACOCK for Wikipedia's stance on vague adjectives like "extensive background", "ground-breaking", "valued adviser" that extol the person's virtues without conveying factual information). Also, it appears to be a copyright violation from [1].

I'll note that this edit came from the same IP address as numerous problematic promotional edits in the article about the organization that Atkinson presides over, raising the question of possible conflict of interest editing.
