NYT Obit
[edit]The New York Times archive has obit published 10/17/1965, including some family/survivors information. His name is listed as Robert G. Humphreys, no mention of the middle name Cunningham. Upon his appointment as Republican Party Publicity Director, NYT reported 07/31/1952, that Humphreys formerly worked for The Houston (Tex.) Press newspaper.
