Died in 1975?
[edit]According to this site - http://www.igp-web.com/IGPArchives/ire/wicklow/cemeteries/st-patrick-enniskerry.htm - Charters died in 1975, but it's based on volunteers recording graves.
FindAGrave, another unreliable source, has a page for the Robert James Charters buried at Enniskerry here, saying he was born in 1897 and died in 1975 - https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/237204010/robert-james-charters.
