Request edit
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Dear Wiki Please can you please read the following and if you agree (and have time) make the appropriate edits?
1. Robert Banks Stewart (my father) has not retired from writing and has a new book 'To put you in the picture' which will be published in June 2015.
- Done The retired claim was unsourced.
2. The list of his credits is most flattering but perhaps incomplete see imdb. Perhaps worth a mention is his 1980 one off TV play 'Between the Covers' made by STV and starring Robert Hardy which won a prestigious TV awards in the US for his writing.
3. Additionally and maybe also of interest he wrote a few episodes of The Saint (iMdb lists these credits under his earlier pen name Robert Stewart). Roger Moore liked his writing and asked if he might direct one. Thus the Saint episode 'Sophia' broadcast in 1964 and starring Moore, Oliver Reed and Imogen Hassall marked Moore's directorial debut I believe.
Yours sincerely
Andy Stewart
- IMDb is not considered as a reliable source, so I am marking your request as answered, as we have done the parts that did not use that as a source. - Diannaa (talk) 22:47, 23 October 2015 (UTC)
