Yes, it should be a separate article, but the descriptions of the aircraft itself should be kept to a minimum or moved to the aircraft article itself.
You do know you're responding to a ten-year-old comment, don't you...? In that vein, tho, since somebody decided to thread necro this one, IMO some of the Norco stuff, & some of the manufacturing detail, could safely be taken out, too.
