How is this notable?
[edit]This restaurant's entire notability seems to consist of
- Yellow-pages level Thrillist flavor text (seriously, that is the entire text of the listing).
- Local pandemic news (layoffs, temporary closures, and outdoor dining were not special or unique during the pandemic; it's covered in possibly excessive detail at the "COVID-19 pandemic in Portland, Oregon" page.
- It got fined by the liquor commission.
Maybe there's something really special about it that I can't turn up, but at first and second glance it seems like this belongs as a bullet point in another article at most.
