Lack of exclamation point

I created this article with Ripley's Believe It or Not as the title and in the article, rather than Ripley's Believe It or Not! I realize that the other Wikipedia articles about the Ripley TV shows use an exclamation point, but in my research I found that most (if not all) mentions of the 1949-1950 show did not use an exclamation point in the title. See, for example, the review in Billboard and the review in Variety. In fact, the title (as in those examples) was often given as just Believe It or Not, without the Ripley name, making me wonder if perhaps I should revise this article in that way.
